Our class has been hand picked by the Board of the Smithsonian Museum to create a new Ancient Egyptian annex. Your task is to explore all aspects of Egyptian life through this WebQuest and put together a demo of how you would design the new annex. Demos should include the following:
-Create one or two visual aids for each topic that illustrates the main idea of that topic. Remember these should be artifacts, pictures or diagrams of things that would be found inside a museum and represent the topic well.
- An informational plaque should be attached to each diagram explaining what it is, why it was important to the Ancient Egyptians, where it is found, and how it may have been used.
-Placement of each diagram is also very important. Remember you have 5 major areas to recreate. Each diagram should be within the correct topic and informational plaque.
-Groups should decide how they will want to present their annex. Some ideas are a visual poster board, or diorama. As a group, members may split up the creative parts of the project however they want. All members must go through the WebQuest together and answer all questions.
